Doctor
A visit at home or at the clinic, with the specialty and the doctor’s academic level you ask for.
Nursing
Nursing for the skill you need, from an hour to a full day, once, daily or weekly.
On-call
A doctor, nurse or sitter to cover a shift at home, in a hospital or in a clinic, between the dates you set.
Advanced interventions

How does SheGo work?
SheGo makes it simple to request medical care wherever you are — from picking the service and receiving a quote, to tracking your provider, completing the visit and paying safely.
Choose the service
Pick the medical service you need from the home screen.
Describe your need and location
Add your case details, pin your address on the map, set the price you suggest, and attach any reports. For medicines and vaccinations you set no price: providers send you quotes.
Compare offers and profiles
Your request reaches providers near you. Some accept your price, others propose a different one. Every offer comes with a profile: rating, reviews and completed orders, plus academic level and years of experience for doctors and nurses.
Approve, or look for another
Tap “Approve doctor” to choose an offer, or “Find another doctor” to turn it down and wait for others.
Pay the way that suits you
Pay online by bank card or mobile wallet, or choose cash and pay the provider directly.
Follow them until they arrive
See your provider on the map with the time left to arrive, and message them inside the order.
Rate the visit
When the service is done, rate your experience and leave a comment to help others choose.

For most services you suggest the price when you request, and a provider accepts it as it is or sends a counter offer. For medicines and vaccinations, providers send you quotes. Either way, you compare offers before you agree.

Every provider has a profile with their rating, patients’ reviews and completed orders; doctors and nurses also show their academic level and years of experience.

Is SheGo a medical provider?
No. SheGo is a technology platform to organize and facilitate communication only. It connects you with the medical providers you choose.
How do I request a medical service?
Pick the service from the home screen, fill in your case details and set your location, and your request reaches nearby providers.
Can I know the cost before the service?
Yes. For most services you set the offered price, and providers can accept it or send a different quote; for medicines and vaccinations, providers send quotes. Either way, you compare offers before agreeing.
How do I choose the right provider?
Each offer comes with the provider’s profile: rating, reviews and completed orders, plus academic level and years of experience for doctors and nurses. Tap “Approve doctor” if the offer suits you, or “Find another doctor” if it doesn’t.
Are the doctors and providers accredited?
Every provider has their documents reviewed before being approved on the platform: national ID, syndicate card and degree certificate for individual providers, and the commercial register for facilities.
Can a provider see my medical file?
A provider can view your medical file and its attachments only after you consent, and only for that order. Access is view-only, consent ends automatically when the order ends, and you can withdraw it at any time during the order. The case description you write in your request does reach nearby providers, so they can decide on it.
What payment methods are available?
You can pay online by bank card or mobile wallet, or choose cash on delivery and pay the provider directly.
When can I download the app?
The SheGo app for patients and the SheGo Provider app are not in the stores yet. Download links will appear on this page as soon as they are published.
